We had a beanie that we used to sell, it was pretty good, people knew it well. We sold the beanie here and there we even sold it at the fair. Then one day the beanie machine broke, we had to call in our reliable fix it bloke. He poked and prodded, wrenched and hammered. Then in his nervous gruff voice he stammered; ‘This machine I now declare is fine, so it’s back to beanie making time. The beanie is ‘Fixed’ no clever tricks.

We have a 30 day exchange and refund policy, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• your item must also be in the original packaging
• you must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns can not be processed if:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
