About Lyrebird Cottage

Lyrebird Cottage specialise in artisan dyed, hand-painted yarns and fibres. Inspired by both vivid and subtle earthy colours of the Australian landscape and coast, yarn is dyed in small, limited edition batches in their studio amidst the eucalyptus forest in the Dandenong Ranges, east of Melbourne. They are committed to sourcing yarn and fibre bases from Australian wool growers which are processed in small Australian mills, ensuring consistent high quality yarns.
