As the time between being a child and current age flow out and over our memory banks we look for ways of repair. A puncture repair kit, a cork, something to hold all those happenings and events that at the time seemed so poignant. Like a grainy photograph with a tea stained hue, event recollection is marred. Talking through memories with family and friends helps to fill in the greyed out areas of the once vivid memory. A scent or aroma, one sure thing to help jolt a washed-out recollection.

As the hues of colour travel up this scarf gradually diluting and losing pigment, we are reminded of our ever failing memories. Good news though, if you turn the scarf upside down, you can regain your memory… brilliant!!
